..Starting with our introductions and stories was a great way to set the tone for the rest of the program. It’s great to have honesty and vulnerability. Also I really like the explanation at the beginning of what the program is about. A big plus for making it interactive and have breakout groups, it helps to form relationships and hear personally from others. The strength finders was great too, I actually prefer it over Eneagram.

I felt really connected to the others…I think it was so important to get to know everyone personally [and] not just speak about our professional accomplishments. The Gallup assessment was amazing. Being able to learn more about myself and my strengths, but also not be put down for being [who I am] but being lifted for [being] so methodical, was great. I am really appreciative [of] this program…!”

The visual mapping concerning our core values was one of the most impressive sessions I’ve seen… It teaches you how your core values line up with you becoming a leader, and you may have to shift some things around to reach your goals. Sharing this exercise with my immediate family at home helped me realize where they are in this journey of life, as well as understand what’s important to them.”

I would say it’s definitely a life changing experience that we went through. …one of the first [programs] that I’ve had in my life where I’ve been able to open up and just feel completely vulnerable with a group of people that I didn’t know.”
