Eligibility
- The LeaderFlow Development Program targets mid-career professionals of color with a minimum of 5 years of experience. (Professionals of color, as in racially or ethnically diverse.)
- Applicants must exhibit a demonstrated interest in personal and professional growth.
- Applicants must commit to in-person attendance at every session.
- Applicants must submit a complete online application, which also includes a statement of interest and personal resume.
Required Participant Commitment:
Participants will be expected to fully engage in the following activities:
- Mandatory in-person attendance at all group sessions. We will provide information to the firm leaders to allocate paid time off as continuing education for all accepted applicants to attend the program during the work week.
- Preparation for sessions may include some pre-work reading, writing and assessments.
- Meeting with a “Buddy” between group sessions for accountability and check in.
